Pressure and Soft Washing Services
The first time you call us, we will ask you a series of questions and either give you an estimate over the phone or schedule a free quote with you at our earliest convenience. When you schedule the appointment, you will receive a convenient email confirmation in under two hours which includes the date of your appointment, the time of arrival of the crew and a price confirmation.
Once we arrive on site, our technicians will come and introduce themselves. Our team leader will walk around the property with you to confirm the scope of work and the price before we begin. If we see anything extra is needed, you will be informed right away and we will NEVER charge you any unexpected extras.
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft Washing
Soft washing it the term often used to clean soft or fragile surfaces. This is usually used on vinyl, wood or fabric. Simply explained, we first wet any surface before applying the cleaning solutions. We then saturate all the dirt and mildew and let the solution act while making sure the solution doesn't have time to dry. Once the chemicals have done there job, we rinse always under 1000 PSI.
Pressure washing
Pressure washing is use to clean hard surfaces. We can clean, asphalt, concrete, pavement, patios or any hard surface you fancy. We use 4000 PSI commercial grade power washer and can clean patios, moss between pavement of concrete slabs and bring back the youth of your home.
