Window Cleaning Services
The first time you call us, we will ask you a series of questions and either give you an estimate over the phone or schedule a free quote with you at our earliest convenience. When you schedule the appointment, you will receive a convenient email confirmation in under two hours which includes the date of your appointment, the time of arrival of the crew and a price confirmation.
Once we arrive on site, our technicians will come and introduce themselves. Our team leader will walk around the property with you to confirm the scope of work and the price before we begin. If we see anything extra is needed, you will be informed right away and we will NEVER charge you any unexpected extras.
Window cleaning is our specialty. We have cleaned tens of thousand of windows and our 4 steps cleaning process guaranty the best quality possible, every time.
1. Agitating the dirt
Either with our special solution or with our pure water system, we start by saturating the entire surface of the window to loosen the dirt.
2. Cleaning the frame and track
Next, we wipe all the frame and tracks with a microfiber cloth to remove the excess of dirt and water to make sure it doesn't run back on the glass after the next step.
3. Rinsing and squeegeeing
We are now ready to clean the glass itself. If you have ever tried to clean your windows yourself, you know how much smears a rag can create. This is why we only use genuine window cleaning scrubbers and squeegees to make sure we do not leave any dirt or soap on the window. Windows are actually porous and a rag will just drag the dirt around.
Detailing the glass and frame
Once we are satisfied with a streak free window, we processed to detailing. We use surgical towels to help prevent lint to stick to the windows. We wipe once more the frame and track to make sure there is no runs or drips and move the next window!
